Gin Pig Dinner

Using spent gin botanicals exclusively from Brogans Way to feed their free range heritage breed black Berkshire pigs, Yarra Valley Berkshires, home of the Gin Pig, produce some of the most delicious pork on the planet.

This extraordinary, flavour filled pork will be transformed into a superb three-course dinner, with each course carefully created by the Mighty Moonee Pond’s head chef, Adrian Corigliano and paired with a specially created Brogan’s Way Gin cocktail.
