Following a nationwide search Alice Springs Brewing Co has appointed Jum Ryan as their new Head Brewer.
Jum joins Alice Springs Brewing Co following a lengthy career in various roles with Little Creatures both in Australia and abroad.
ASBC Owner Kyle Pearson said: “It’s fantastic to welcome Jum to the ASBC team. We have been growing as a brewery at a rapid rate and knew it was the right time to seek out a first-class Head Brewer with a vast amount of experience. We are excited to welcome Jum to lead our brewing operations through our next period of growth including using our recently purchased canning line, to branch into markets outside the NT and also the purchase and commissioning of a new
brewhouse in the second half of 2020.”
Jum Ryan said of his appointment: “I’m excited to join Alice Springs Brewing Co during this period of growth and development. I’m looking forward to being part of a team focused on bringing quality fresh beer to the Alice Springs region, the NT and beyond!”
